DOUBLE-TRACK FEED

The products are fed upright to the machine via a dual-lane conveyor system.

PRECISE GROUPING

In the grouping unit, the products are collected on a conveyor belt via a separation mechanism and synchronized according to the predefined container format. They are then transferred to the V-belt conveyor either alternately or simultaneously. This conveyor brings the separated products together and precisely aligns them for the next process step.

SYNCHRONOUS TAPE FEED

Tape dispensers mounted on the sides feed the adhesive tape synchronously to the sides of the products. Pressure rollers press the tape evenly against the contact surfaces, ensuring that the products are securely bonded together.
