From automatic product feeding to the finished transport packaging: our machine wraps product containers on trays fully automatically in paper – cut to the exact dimensions, fitted snugly and securely sealed with hot melt adhesive. This packaging solution is particularly suitable for products like vacuum-packed coffee bricks, jars and tins, as well as any other products with a uniform, compact shape.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING

The products or product containers placed on a tray are automatically fed through the machine’s infeed section and transported precisely to the specified insertion position.

CUT TO SIZE

The paper is dispensed from a roll and fed through a controlled unwinding mechanism with a paper feed. The paper is cut to size based on the product configuration and is tailored to the dimensions of the tray containing the products.

PRECISE INSERTION

The feeding mechanism feeds the tray with the products on it into the machine. As this happens, hot glue is applied to the bottom of the tray, and the paper is secured to the bottom of the tray. The tray, products, and paper are then transported together.

FORM-FIT IMPACT

Once the required paper length has been reached, the paper is cut and, with the help of a wrapping unit, is securely wrapped around the product container on the tray. The end of the paper is glued and firmly secured to the bottom of the tray, creating a sturdy transport package made of paper and the tray.
