From pallet feeding to synchronized magazine loading: Our tray depalletizer automatically removes blanks layer by layer from the pallet stack, aligns them precisely using sensors, and transfers them in a controlled manner to the tray magazine of the downstream machine.

SAFE PROCESS START
After a loaded pallet has been manually or automatically pushed into the pallet storage bay and the door safety circuit has been securely closed, the depalletizing process begins.
AUTOMATIC TRAY STACK REMOVAL
A vertical motion axis equipped with a gripper system positions itself above the pallet stack and removes a specific stack of trays. The stack of cut pieces is transferred to a transversely movable conveyor system.
SENSOR-BASED ALIGNMENT
The stack is precisely positioned using sensor data. The cross-travel transport system then moves the formed stack of blanks to the transfer point and transfers it in a controlled manner to the blank magazine of the downstream machine.
